Venue & where to stay

Workshops (24 Nov) take place at SIMBIOCITY Nova, V. Gerulaičio g. 10, Vilnius. The main summit (25–27 Nov) is held at Forum Cinemas Vingis, Savanorių pr. 7, Vilnius — a cinema-scale venue with large screens and auditorium seating.

When and where does AI Summit Europe 2026 take place?

24 November: full-day workshops at SIMBIOCITY Nova. 25–27 November: the summit at Forum Cinemas Vingis in Vilnius. All sessions are also available online. This is the third edition of AI Summit Europe.

Does my ticket include Big Data Conference Europe?

Yes. A 3-Day Onsite, 3-Day Online or 4-Day Full ticket gives access to both conference programmes on 25–27 November. The 1-Day Workshop ticket covers only the 24 November workshop programme.

Can I attend online?

Yes, the 25–27 November summit is hybrid. The 3-Day Online ticket includes live access, networking, recordings and a certificate. Workshops on 24 November are onsite only.

Are group discounts available?

Yes — register 5 attendees in one booking and pay for 4 (no promo code needed). Groups of 10+ get an additional 15% discount; contact tickets@aisummiteurope.eu.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable except if the summit is cancelled or its dates change.
